Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Les Mills International is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a work from home opportunity based in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer success.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and provide top-notch support through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. 3. Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize strategic planning skills to develop and execute customer success initiatives. 6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing and updating customer records in our CRM system. 7. Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world of customer success.
