Job Description - Remote Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer success management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and upsell opportunities - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner - Develop and implement customer success strategies to achieve business goals - Monitor customer usage and engagement with products to optimize customer experience - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and provide proactive solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field - Proven experience in customer success management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and energy to thrive in a remote work environment - Innovative mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Cooperation and teamwork skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
