Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Allstate is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Success Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively - Monitor customer health metrics to proactively identify and address any potential churn risks


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organization skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with CRM software and customer success tools - Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed
