Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Nucor in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements - Create and deliver customer success plans to ensure long-term success and loyalty


Requirements: - Resourceful and driven personality - 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong adaptability and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
