Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate level role, you will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Onboard new customers and provide them with training and support on our products. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products effectively and address any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other teams within the company, including sales and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Act as a leader within the team, leading by example and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. 7. Assist in the development and execution of customer success initiatives and programs. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field. 3. Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for building relationships with customers. 4. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience working with CRM software is a plus.
