Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Code Avengers is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns - Understand customer needs and objectives, and work towards helping them achieve their goals - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure customer success - Develop and implement customer success strategies - Monitor customer health and engagement, and take proactive measures to address any issues - Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of our products - Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings - Track key performance metrics related to customer success and report on progress


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or a similar role - Hardworking and driven individual who is dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
