Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


KKR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in customer success.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter. 3. Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize customer retention and expansion. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them. 6. Monitor key performance metrics related to customer success and provide regular reports to management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer success or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Attention to detail and a cooperative attitude towards teamwork. 6. Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools. 7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
