Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


American Family Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve their overall experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to address any issues or concerns


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Passion for customer success and delivering exceptional service - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
