Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Navistar International is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers, ultimately driving growth and retention for the company. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact for any issues or concerns - Proactively reach out to customers on a regular basis to assess their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to internal teams - Handle customer escalations and provide timely and effective resolutions - Conduct customer surveys and feedback sessions to gather input for product development and improvements - Create and deliver customer success presentations and reports to management and key stakeholders


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer success or account management roles - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred) - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
