Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


US Foods Holding is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of customers and serve as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers. 5. Provide training and support to customers on our products and services. 6. Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Create and deliver regular reports to customers on their usage and performance metrics. 8. Participate in customer feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills. 4. Prior experience in a customer success or account management role. 5. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Soft Skills: 1. Negotiation: Ability to navigate and negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. 2. Persuasion: Ability to influence customers to take desired actions or make decisions.
