Job Description - Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


As a Remote Customer Success Officer at Xerox, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and success of our customers remotely from Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. You will be working part-time at an Associate Level, utilizing your 2 years of experience in customer success to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be adaptable to changing situations, and exhibit a high level of motivation in delivering outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients remotely to understand their needs and provide solutions - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and foster a global village mentality - Assist in the planning and execution of customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to maximize the value of our products and services - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking action to address any areas of improvement - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Motivated to exceed customer expectations and drive results - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Experience in people management is a plus
