Job Description:
Ryder System is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers through building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to optimize their experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training as needed
Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking individual who is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve complex problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
