Job Description - Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Chorus is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success roles. As a Remote Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers by providing exceptional and personalized service.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized interactions - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer usage and engagement with our products and services to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded - Proactively seek feedback from customers to drive improvements to our products and services - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decision-making - Provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders on customer satisfaction and retention metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to think innovatively and find solutions to complex problems - Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments - 4+ years of experience in customer success or related roles - Experience using CRM software and customer success tools - Knowledge of customer success best practices and methodologies
