Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Wellington, NZ.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer success and drive business growth. 6. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members to support their development and success. 7. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 3. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success. 4. Demonstrated strategic planning and leadership skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proven ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
