Job Description: Time Warner Cable is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, passionate, creative, and analytical. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be energetic, passionate, creative, and analytical - No previous experience required, but customer service experience is a plus
