Job Description - Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


As a Remote Customer Success Representative at PNC Financial Services Group, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Educate customers on product features and benefits - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve products and services - Monitor customer engagement metrics and identify opportunities for improvement - Utilize data analysis and research skills to identify trends and make informed decisions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and revenue growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Ability to analyze data and research to inform decisions - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
