Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and offer additional assistance - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive resolution of issues - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions and ensure customer success - Drive customer adoption and usage of our products and services - Educate customers on new features and updates to enhance their overall experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and resourceful attitude - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - Negotiation skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
