Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Summerset Group Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess emotional intelligence and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized interactions - Monitor customer accounts and follow up on any outstanding items or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and achieve business objectives - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to both existing and potential customers


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic, confident, with emotional intelligence and adaptability
