Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Viacom is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Manage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met - Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions - Work closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to find solutions for customers - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual who is eager to learn and grow in the customer success field - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
