Job Description:
Weta Digital is currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. We are looking for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Meet or exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
