Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Casey’s General Stores is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke’s Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who excels in people management and decision-making.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions - Manage customer accounts and assist with any inquiries or issues that may arise - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any potential issues before they escalate - Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
