Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


2degrees is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and address any technical or service-related problems. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to increase customer value. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and gauge satisfaction levels. 6. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers maximize the benefits of our offerings. 7. Track and report on customer success metrics, such as retention rates and customer satisfaction scores.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 4. Experience using CRM software systems. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
