Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


CST Brands, a leading company in the energy industry, is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter. 3. Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive customer success and satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Participate in strategic planning sessions to help shape the future direction of the company.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality to engage with customers effectively. 2. Strong soft skills in innovation and strategic planning to drive customer success. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management software. 6. Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to different time zones.
