Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Amphenol is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and innovative company. The ideal candidate will be independent and resourceful, with a strong ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Provide timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement


Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creative problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
