Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Wellington, NZ. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and provide proactive support - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase client retention and satisfaction - Assist in the execution of project management tasks to deliver on client expectations - Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients on our products and services - Analyze client data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles in the CRM system


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or account management - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and project management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
