Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions in a timely manner - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers - Monitor customer accounts and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing training and support to customers to maximize their value and utilization of our products - Gather feedback from customers to drive product improvements and enhancements - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience using CRM software and other customer management tools - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction metrics - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus
