Job Description:
Ashland is looking for a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to ensure they are successful in using our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, gather feedback, and address any issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement initiatives - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to maximize the value of our products and services
Requirements: - Proven experience in customer success or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and motivated to meet and exceed customer expectations - Experience in people management and working in a team-oriented environment
