Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Chorus. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Auckland, NZ, with opportunities for growth and development within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on how to effectively use our products - Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements - Monitor customer usage data and proactively reach out to customers who may need assistance or guidance - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support customer needs


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Teamwork and presentation skills - Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
