Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Crimson Education is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This entry-level position requires 0 years of experience but is ideal for individuals who are driven, energetic, creative, and strategic in their planning. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries and problem-solving, and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Providing information about our services, programs, and offerings - Assisting customers with account setup, login issues, and troubleshooting technical problems - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Supporting marketing and sales initiatives by promoting our services to potential customers


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills - Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required - Must be currently enrolled in high school or higher education
