Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Western & Southern Financial Group. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Nelson, New Zealand, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, transactions, and technical support - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Support employees in their personal and professional development


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and passionate attitude towards customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and manage people professionally - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
