Job Description:
Narrative, a leading company in the storytelling industry, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services.
To excel in this role, you must be passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing a positive experience for every customer. You should also possess strong adaptability skills to quickly learn new technologies and processes, as well as the ability to innovate and suggest creative solutions to customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently in a remote setting. A background in storytelling or related industries is preferred but not required.
