Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a confident and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Seequent in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including email, phone, and social media - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Manage customer complaints and provide timely resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product updates and new features to better assist customers - Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent people management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and empathy - Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Confidence in communicating with customers and internal teams - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
