Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


MYOB is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The successful candidate will possess the personality traits of resilience and independence, as well as demonstrate strong soft skills in critical thinking and teamwork.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures - Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and KPIs


Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems - Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts
