Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Spirit AeroSystems Holdings. This is a part-time, work-from-home position located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level team member, you will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Work independently to effectively manage workload and meet performance metrics - Continuously strive to improve processes and provide feedback for team improvement - Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements: - Passionate and independent individual who thrives in a remote work environment - Strong people management skills, ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers - Team player who can collaborate with colleagues and work towards common goals - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
