Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Auckland International Airport is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and have excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information 3. Handle customer complaints and find effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers 7. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 2. Excellent time management and organizational skills 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions 5. Proficient in using computer software and online communication tools 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
