Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team at Motorola Solutions in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and technical support to customers. 3. Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and timely billing. 4. Collaborating with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 5. Monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Assisting with product demonstrations and training sessions for customers. 7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. A proactive and driven attitude towards achieving goals. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
