Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and resilient, with strong soft skills such as cooperation and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
