Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

W.R. Berkley is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. This part-time position is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Remote Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product and service information to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and understanding - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution times

Requirements: - Driven and hardworking individual with strong interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
