Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


PepsiCo is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As a Customer Support Associate at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is independent, reliable, and excels at cooperation and presentation.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person 2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner 3. Providing product information and support to customers 4. Processing customer orders and managing order fulfillment 5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Helping customers navigate our online platforms and tools 7. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Excellent cooperation and presentation skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
