Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Symantec is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers. 3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system. 5. Providing feedback to improve our products and services based on customer insights. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 2. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage people effectively. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
