Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Associate to join our team at Vend in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is an entry-level, part-time position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and support. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting customers with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers - Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer insights - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and KPIs

Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Passion for helping others and solving problems - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
