Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


First American Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to work from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communication channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Document all customer interactions and updates in the company's CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and resolution time. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong strategic planning and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have a quiet home office environment with reliable high-speed internet. 8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
