Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team at Lithia Motors. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence in dealing with challenging situations - Manage customer relationships effectively and build rapport with clients - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Utilize people management skills to lead customers towards successful resolution of their concerns - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Work independently and confidently from a remote location

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Familiarity with automotive industry is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
