Job Description:
Las Vegas Sands is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This position is ideal for individuals with 6 years of experience in customer support, who possess a resourceful and hardworking personality, as well as strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 4. Train and mentor customer support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 7. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Proven track record of managing a team and achieving customer service goals. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
