Job Description:
Jade Software Corporation is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Support Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer support experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 5. Experience with CRM systems and other customer support tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
