Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Dean Foods is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer support representatives, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Train new team members on customer support best practices and company policies - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing a customer support team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset - Driven and dedicated attitude - Cooperation and innovation skills
