Job Description:
Salesforce.com is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure a high level of customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer needs and concerns - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - At least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and persuasion skills - Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
