Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Oneok is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This position is at a Mid-to-Senior Level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive light.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer support management. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
