Job Description:


GeoOp is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is ideally suited for a candidate with 6 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coach a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to ensure efficient and effective operations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall satisfaction - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance the customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Highly cooperative and adaptable to changing circumstances - Equal Opportunity Statement:
