Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


As a Remote Customer Support Officer at HD Supply Holdings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This position requires a high level of reliability and independence as you will be expected to work autonomously and efficiently.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide support and guidance to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working remotely is a plus - Reliable internet connection and comfortable home office setup - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
